Pentax Optio NB1000: Digital camera perfect for fans of Lego (PC World)

A new digital camera from Pentax is perfect for fans of Lego. Beyond all usual specifications, the Pentax Optio NB1000 offers something that is a bit different: the front is essentially what you would get if a camera married a Lego brick box and had a child.


The mind you, the is ' t Optio NB1000 actually a product culminating in Lego.Instead of this, it uses Japanese DiaBlock, specifically its range of small 4x4mm "nanoblocks".but although new Pentax do pleasant plays with a form of bricks, plastic, one thing is certain: this camera still allows a new level of customization exaggerated.


What is it based on suggestions for this fun camera bricks? why not adding grounds camouflage, write your name on the front, add an additional handle or build a tripod?If you can build, try it.


Beyond its appeal based on bricks, NB1000 of the Pentax Optio is a 1.20 camera 14.1 million pixels, offering a 4 x optical zoom and 720 p video for good measure .the ' camera will be available in a choice of two colors, white or green.


The NB1000 is due to be released in Japan later this year and should cost around  ¥ 20,000 ($ 240)
