Three phones Samsung Galaxy large carrier, Android-delivery down, a go (Ben Patterson)

We already have the Captivate for at & t, the EPIC 4 G for race and vibrant of T-Mobile - the three who come armed with 4-inch displays, profile slim, fast 1 GHz processor and megapixel cameras believe five - and now Samsung game to finish because of his lap four major U.S. with Fascinate, in the coming weeks for Verizon Wireless carriers.

Admittedly, we have had much to other smartphones impressive, high-profile arrive on specific media in the past months, including suite G Evo 4 of HTC to the race, the X Droid Motorola Verizon and of course, iPhone on at&t 4.

But with its line of phones Galaxy S, thin and elegant, Samsung for something a little different: namely, it has a Galaxy phone for four major carriers, instead of trickle to a carrier or other exclusives. (Samsung has a Galaxy regional carrier US Cellular phone.)

Names and cosmetic differences aside, four galaxies are fundamentally the same phone - well, except perhaps The EPIC 4 G, which adds a slide keyboard QWERTY, a camera oriented to the front for video chat and support for the 4 G WiMax network roll mixture. And what I have seen so far Galaxy phones, I liked - much.(That said, I have not had the chance to get even practice with the Fascinate.)

Yes, Evo 4 G and the Droid X take day in terms of sheer-4,3 inches screen size to be exact - but I really prefer the slightly smaller 4 inches (does mention the magnificent aspect step) Super AMOLED displays as worse Galaxy, phones like thick, lighter form factors (approximately four ounces or more). I also was impressed by vibrant them, which are all powered by fast Samsung Plain Captivate, Epic, performance 1 GHz Cortex A8 "Colibri" processor.

Everything is not perfect in Earth Galaxy, however .d ' a share, Galaxy handset users still expect a 2.2, the latest version of the operating system Android - which, among other things, adds support for Flash.Une 2.2 update is coming Android update, Samsung assermente, but the exact timing is always in the air.(Owners of Evo 4 G, the interfaces between one and two Motorola Droids, incidentally, are already the Android 2.2 thing.)

Another problem that: questionable GPS performance on the Captivate and vibrating it, who apparently have difficulty to lock on GPS signals if they can get a lock at any.Samsung has admitted bugs and promised a fix will arrive in September, but again, Méfiez buyer.

Anyway, back to the Fascinate, which was announced in July but has not yet launched on Verizon - in fact, we even an exact release date well recent Word has it will be coming to a landing in September.

As with other Galaxy phones, talking about Android 2.1, a super AMOLED 4-inch screen, a Cortext A8 1 GHz processor, camera 5 megapixel with video recording HD.Le Fascinate 4. 1-ounce has also 2 GB of internal storage, microSD for memory expansion and the capacity to act as a mobile hotspot location for up to five nearby Wi-Fi-enabled devices, although hotspot feature will cause certainly a monthly data supplement.

How much? always no official word on this Samsung or Verizon, but remember that the Captivate and vibrating two sell for $ 199 with contract again, two years, I expect the same for the Fascinate.(4 Ready G, equipped with QWERTY Epic 4 G race goes for $ 249 with a two-year service contract).

I'll make with hands-on impressions once I get my mitts on a review when unit waiting, see video promo of Verizon for the Fascinate below:
